Matt is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor training people - in one-to-one consultations and group classes - to improve their breathing for sports performance advantage, managing stress and addressing dysfunctional breathing symptoms.
He focuses his work on biochemistry and biomechanics, delivering measurable improvements in our body’s ability to maximise the potential of the oxygen exchange, manage session fatigue and optimise recovery.
It's not woo woo, it's all science.

Matt also holds free breathwork classes, at least 3 times a week on the @lovetolearnto instagram account.
He started this on Sunday 29th March, with a fundraiser for a wonderful little girl called Freya, and we have breathed on Wednesdays and Sundays ever since.
We have experienced so much together; flown through outer space, taken beach holidays
and looked deeply into ourselves at the mountain mirror.
It’s been emotional and we are very grateful for people following our story and attending classes.
We would like to think that all doing breathwork together helped to relieve the stresses of our captivities.
